Terms of Service

CleanUp for QuickBooks scans QuickBooks General Ledger CSV files for common bookkeeping issues — duplicate transactions, unapplied payments, undeposited funds, opening balance equity, and uncategorized entries — and produces a report with suggested fixes. It is a software tool. It is not bookkeeping, accounting, or tax advice.

The findings and suggestions in your report are heuristic recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether to apply them in your own QuickBooks file. For financial, tax, or accounting decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Each report unlock is a one-time charge of $29 USD processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. If your report didn't help, email devmpk@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

You agree not to:

• upload files you don't have permission to share;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

How we handle the data you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.

We do our best to keep the Service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the report will identify every issue in your file or that recommended fixes will resolve every issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
