What we look for

Dollar amounts shown are typical of what we find. Yours will be different.

Where you are vs. where you could be

Now

Your books today

  • Your bank says one number, QuickBooks says another
  • Customer payments hanging around with no invoice attached
  • Balances on the books nobody can explain
  • A P&L you wouldn't show your accountant
  • Tax season getting more painful every year
After

A couple hours from now

  • Bank and QuickBooks agreeing to the penny
  • Every payment tied to the invoice it belongs to
  • Balances you can actually justify
  • A P&L you'd run a decision off of
  • Books your CPA won't roll their eyes at
What $29 gets you

The whole cleanup, for twenty-nine bucks.

  • Every transaction we flagged, with the date, vendor, and amount
  • The dollar total, broken out by issue type
  • Plain English on why each one is a problem
  • The exact clicks to fix it inside QuickBooks
  • CSV export if you want to hand it to your accountant
  • Re-scan as many times as you want, for 30 days
A bookkeeper does the same kind of analysis for $300 to $800 an hour. This is twenty-nine bucks.

Scan my QuickBooks

The scan itself is free. You only pay if you want the fixes.

One real finding
$3,200
of unapplied payments sitting across 8 customer accounts.
Payments came in, got recorded, but never attached to an invoice. A/R looked $3,200 bigger than it should've. Revenue numbers were off for two quarters before anyone noticed.
The fix, in QuickBooks
  1. 1Go to Sales → Customers, pick the customer with the unapplied payment.
  2. 2Click the payment that's labeled Unapplied.
  3. 3Tick the invoice it should've been paying.
  4. 4Save. The invoice goes Paid and the payment stops floating.

Stuff people ask

Do you need my QuickBooks login?+

No. You export a CSV from QuickBooks yourself and upload it here. We don't connect to your QuickBooks account, ever.

What happens to my file after I upload it?+

It sits on our server while we scan it and while you read the report. We don't share it with anyone, we don't use it to train anything, and it gets deleted 30 days after upload.

What does $29 actually get me?+

Every duplicate, unapplied payment, undeposited funds issue, opening balance equity balance, and uncategorized transaction we found in your file. Plus the exact steps to fix each one inside QuickBooks. You can also export the whole thing as a CSV to send your accountant.

Does this fix QuickBooks for me?+

No. We tell you what to click and where, but you make the changes inside your own QuickBooks. That way nothing gets touched without your say-so.

What if my books turn out to be fine?+

You don't pay. If we don't find anything worth fixing, you'll see a 'no issues' result instead of a checkout page. And if you bought the report and felt it wasn't worth it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you.

Are you affiliated with Intuit?+

No. This is an independent tool. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

You probably already know something's off.
