Privacy Policy

• The CSV file you upload. Your General Ledger export is sent to our server, parsed, and the analysis result is stored so you can come back to your report.
• Your email address if you contact support or complete checkout. Stripe handles payment information; we never see or store your card details.
• Standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps) via our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

• We don't connect to your QuickBooks account.
• We don't sell your data.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't use your file to train AI models.

To run the site we rely on:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
• Vercel KV — storage for your generated cleanup reports.
• Stripe — payment processing for the $29 report unlock.
• Slack — receiving messages submitted via the support form.
• Gizmo Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. Gizmo does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, does not track visitors across sites, and does not collect personal information. See gizmoanalytics.io.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Cleanup reports and the underlying CSV-derived analysis are retained while we run the service. If you'd like your report and uploaded data deleted, email us at devmpk@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 7 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Email devmpk@gmail.com and we'll honor reasonable requests.

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe and our hosting provider may set functional cookies required for checkout and basic site operation.

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
